Tenants

If you have an out of hours emergency maintenance issue to report, please see the below contractors and contact details. Please be advised that if deemed a non emergency, the tenant will be liable for all costs in full.

Please note that this service is ONLY available to MJM Estates fully managed tenancies. If MJM Estates do not manage your tenancy then you must contact your landlord

If you smell GAS or have  GAS LEAK contact NATIONAL GRID on 0800 111 999 immediately. Do not turn on any lights and ensure you step outside the property to call NATIONAL GRID.

Please call our office during working hours Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm to make us aware that you have made a report to NATIONAL GRID.

A maintenance emergency is defined as the complete failure of your heating and or hot water system that has not been caused as a result of non payment, lack of credit on a pre payment meter, or an issue with you meter (which your electricity provider would need to address), or a leak that cannot be isolated by turning off the stop cock.
